our week 7 // a sweet week. the sun came out big time for two days so i unpacked some summer sandals and did some extra walks around the neighborhood. though not documented (because i stayed home) scott's band played a show on friday night. somewhere along the road we devoured two seasons of "breaking bad" on netflix streaming. that show is amazing.

the photos: our record collection, my local library, the leftovers from one of two new successful recipes, the bump and me making a kale salad, something i could eat every day of my life.

the stuff: i started a regimen of raspberry leaf tea on my midwife's recommendation. i layered the tea bag wrappers here until they covered a 4x6" piece of cardstock and then i trimmed the edges for clean lines. just realized i'm doing 4, not 6 mugs a day so that'll be a quick fix i'll take care of later.
scott brought me some paper bits from his visit to the "museum" of jurassic technology. in they went as-is. my best friend, caitlin, sends awesome mail so i slid in both her handwritten message and the "le belly" design from the front of the card.
i ran out of kraft cardstock so i was in the middle of cutting apart a whole foods shopping bag to print on, when i saw the big, purple graphic, and thought that was perfect on its own. we spend a whole lot of time and money there so it's a natural fit for any week of this album.

the journaling: you know how i said i love this project because it's all about the little things? well, sometimes the little things are way little, like mourning how the pair of booties you ordered off zappos don't fit.
